Waterworks Apartments provides permanent affordable housing to 35 low income and homeless adults. Each apartment is an efficiency design that provides a living space, bathroom and kitchen area.

• Waterworks has an on-site coin operated laundry facility as well as a Community Room where residents can gather to socialize.
• Waterworks is staffed twenty-four hours a day to help provide a sense of security to the residents, to intervene in crisis situations and to assist in problem solving situations that may arise.
• Waterworks has an on-site case manager to evaluate each resident's situation, make referrals to community resources and to work with the residents to develop a plan for self-sufficiency in an effort to help them maintain their housing.
